Will Rabke

Will Rabke is the General Counsel of BHMS. Will provides strategic legal advice to the BHMS team and supports the legal function of its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining BHMS, Will served as outside legal counsel to BHMS, and a myriad of other private equity funds, venture capital funds and private companies across various industries and stages in their company life cycle. His legal career began with a large law firm based in Richmond, Virginia and ended with the founding of his own firm in 2020, which focused on the development of a high velocity M&A practice that primarily led roll-up acquisitions for private equity owned portfolio companies. Over the past four years, Will has closed more than five hundred transactions with an aggregate deal value of more than $4 billion.

Will graduated Cum Laude from Hampden-Sydney College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and History with honors and Cum Laude from the University of Richmond School of Law with a Juris Doctorate.
