Jeff Goldman

Jeff Goldman is a Vice President of Finance at BHMS. Jeff manages the firm's day-to-day financial operations and supports portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining BHMS, Jeff was a Director at PKF O'Connor Davies in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, specializing in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients across the lower middle and middle market. At PKF, Jeff oversaw Quality of Earnings, Net Debt, and Working Capital analyses across industries, where he developed the financial rigor and pattern recognition that informs his work across the BHMS portfolio today. Previously, Jeff was a Manager at Forvis Mazars in the TAS practice, where he led due diligence on complex roll-up acquisitions and developed financial operating models for private equity-backed platforms. Jeff began his career in CohnReznick's audit practice, building a foundation in financial reporting and internal controls.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) and is a Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA).
